PUBG name design with custom clan tags

A PUBG name design can put your nickname together with a team tag. Type your own name in the main box and your team's short name in the Clan tag box. The first examples show different tags. Type your own tag to use it in every design. Try corner brackets, a crossed line, a straight bar or a small dot between the tag and your name. Most designs change the tag but keep your letters the same. The Ace, God, The and smile prefixes are fixed, and they work well for a solo nickname. This page is about team names, not the crowns and royal frames on the Free Fire page. It doesn't hold a name for you or link to your clan in the game.

How to copy a PUBG nickname design

Type the nickname you want and look at the results. Save a few favorites, then copy one into the name box in PUBG Mobile. Read the whole pasted name and check how it looks before you confirm. A name that looks good here may look a little different in the game. Some symbols may be rejected, or counted in a different way. If the rename uses a Rename Card or costs money, finish checking first. This page doesn't connect to the game or change your name for you. If the first design doesn't fit, try a simpler frame or plain letters.

PUBG Mobile name styles for teammates

For a team, keep the same clan tag and type each teammate's name one by one. Save one design for each player to build a matching set. A saved design keeps its exact text, even after you change the tag or try another name. The tag box takes up to six characters. That is our limit, not the game's clan name limit. A short tag leaves more room for each player's name. Try brackets around the tag and a simple line between the tag and the name. Test the longest name on your team before everyone picks a format. Wide letters take more space, while plain letters or small caps make a busy squad list easier to read.

PUBG clan spacing and ready-made nicknames

The twenty ready-made nicknames below the generator are complete names you can copy, like Raven, Scout and Ghost. Their copy buttons copy those exact names, not your own name or clan tag. For your own squad format, go back to the generator and type your tag in the Clan tag box. The Hangul filler design puts a blank-looking character between the tag and your name. There is also a separate button that copies just that character. It is not a normal space, and the game may remove it or reject it. Try a visible dot or line too before you choose. Save the version the game accepts, so every teammate can copy the same spacing.

Make your name easy to say in voice chat

Teammates may need to read your nickname fast or say it out loud. Try a frame around normal letters, and a version where every letter is styled. The styled version should still be easy to read, especially when several players have similar names.

Always check the name inside PUBG

The name you see here is not how PUBG will show it. Check which symbols work, the spacing and whether the name is accepted in the version and name box you use. A name that works in another app may look different in the game.
